Returns Policy

We hope you adore your SwimFoxx purchase, but if things don’t go swimmingly, we offer refunds and exchanges within 30 days of the payment date. To ensure a smooth return, items must be unused and unworn and retain all original tags and hygiene stickers. Please note that refunds are processed with a £10.00 admin/restock fee deducted. We’re happy to offer exchanges for finds in our sale section. However, sale items are non-refundable.
