Dive into SwimFoxx easily, knowing we’ve covered your shipping needs. We offer Standard and Express shipping methods throughout the globe. All shipping will be automatically calculated at checkout based on the delivery location from our base here in the United Kingdom.

Returns
We hope you adore your SwimFoxx purchase, but if things don’t go swimmingly, we offer refunds within 30 days of the payment date. To ensure a smooth return, items must be unused and unworn and retain all original tags and hygiene stickers. Please note that refunds are processed with a £10.00 admin/restock fee deducted. We’re happy to offer exchanges for finds in our sale section. However, sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges & Refunds
Have you found a different style or size that better suits your little swimmer’s strokes? You’re welcome to exchange any unwanted items based on availability. Exchanges for a different style or size are welcome. While the replacement item ships free, international customers might face additional duties and taxes.
Refunds are returned to your original payment method, minus the £10.00 admin/restock fee. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing. Note that SwimFoxx does not refund international duties or sales taxes, but you may seek a refund from your local customs office.
How to Return or Exchange
If you need to return or exchange an item, please do so within the specified periods. For returns, ensure your item meets our conditions and initiate your return or exchange easily using our online returns form by clicking the link below or contacting us in the first place. Remember, if a return label is provided but not used within 14 days, we're unable to process a refund.
Defective Items & Sale Purchases
Have you received something that is not quite right? If an item arrives damaged or shows a manufacturing fault within six months, we aim to replace it. If a direct replacement isn’t possible, we’ll find a suitable alternative or offer a refund.
